Purchase order line item delete option is missing from right click. while for the other user with same security Laval having that option. please let me know where I am missing.?

Actually, this happens when you are using manufacturing module. if you disable manufacturing module, you will see delete option again
It depends on the 'Action Pane' setting, which is set by user. If you set it to 'Menu Bar', the Line Edit options are available.
What I experience is, even if a purchase order status is change order or released, the delete and insert button will be there an a warning message pops up stating that you can not delete a specific line for a PO with such a status.
We have seen such issue recently with the new Dynamics GP ribbon, but not with the PO screen. Therefore, just for the sake of testing, would this be the same behavior in case you switch to the traditional menu bar ?

You cannot delete a PO line item, once the status of that line becomes anything but "New". That's the only possible reason that I can think of.
Having said that, are you not able to get these options for same line item on same PO that's possible for other user?
