So we just deployed Dynamics 365 Business Central, and one problem that keeps happening is this error:
"Something went wrong.
There is a dialog box open in another window. You must close that Dialog box or sign out.
Date/Time
Azure AD tenant ID:
Client Operation ID:"
We can literally reproduce this problem with the following steps:
- Log into BC,
- Duplicate the login on another tab (Chrome latest update),
- On the duplicate window, load the customers list,
- On the first window, load the Item list,
- Now edit an Item, and then launch a sub-window (in our case Special Prices and Discounts),
- Back on the Duplicate window, open any customer card from the list.
- The error is generated.
If we open the other tab in incognito mode it doesn't seem to happen, unless we open more than 1 window in incognito mode.
The weird problem with this, is that neither the product nor the customer card have any associations, and no content has been changed, yet this problem persists.
Does BC not support multiple tabs being open in the same session?
Any suggestions/recommendations, things to look at... please any ideas are welcome.
