*Removing post* I have a handle on how to approach this with page controls. Should fulfill requirements. Sorry for the meandering train of thought :)

Instead of setting condition on Table Level set it as page level .   We had done some visiblity condition for a column and it worked out .

    Please execute it in sandbox
Create Boolean Variable - EditableField .
Set Column Property as EditableField Boolean instead of true or false .
Write script based on condition on-openpage . Presenting sample example . This should work . You do it for your case accordingly . You put your condition

    Hello,

No worries at all—your thought process makes perfect sense! If you're handling the "Remove Post" functionality using page controls in Business Central, and it fulfills the requirement (like hiding or disabling the "Posted" actions based on status or conditions), then you're on the right track. It's a common approach for customizing user experience without altering core posting logic.

Yes, the challenges involved is that I am dealing with a list page. With some rows that require the field to be editable, while other rows require the field to be read-only. I figured out some actions that will facilitate what I'm looking for. Thanks for the insightful responses!
