We have DW enabled between D365 F&O and CE. We adopted prospect to cash DW out of the box.

As the client has wholesale and retail sectore, the sales order contains over 300 lines often. when we post the invoice DW accepts and no complain. If i do full RMA of the 300+ orders we get the error at the point of posting the invoice. we tried posting in UI and using batch job. but same error. As a workaround we have to split the RMA into upto 100 lines and post credit note. this is not acceptable by the customer and the customer service agents.

Is there any way we can resolve this? do we have control over the maximum number operation? any parameter where we can increase. Or if i reach out to microsoft can they increase? probably they say that is limitation.

what is interesting is invoice is okay with 300 line but credit note for those  sales order nvoice is not acceptable by DW.
I have the same question (0)
