Can anyone help me resolve this error? I called microsoft support and they were not able to help me figure it out. Thanks in advance!

Hello,
I resolved that error several times. I'm afraid you will have to use XrmToolbox and SiteMap editor to find and eliminate mentioned duplicated key. After that you will be able to work with SiteMap using this "App Designer".

Thanks for the quick response. I have never worked with XrmToolbox or SiteMap editor. Are these separate solutions that need to be downloaded and imported into the CRM? I inherited this CRM, which was customized and then out of use for years.
Any further information about this process you can provide to a beginner would be very helpful, and I'll do my best to figure out the rest. Thanks!
