    Hi Mahgah,

I suggest 1st upload stock with Warehouse Item Journal with Bin, Zone details and register it. you get stock in Bin. After it go to Item ledger entry and run Calculate Warehouse Adjustment.

With this you can upload you stock.

    Hope this will help.

    Many Thanks,
    Manan

    Thanks yzhums

The challenge is in WMS looks like company need to use Warehouse Item Journal and cannot use Item Journal first. Maybe I am wrong here but I could not find a method to utilize Item Journal when Advanced WMS is on.

Hence, I honestly got stuck here.

Hi, I think if there are no special cases, using Item Journal to import will be fine.

If you have outstanding accounts payable, you can import them with Purchase Orders -> Warehouse Receipts -> Purchase Invoices.

    Hope this helps.

    Thanks.
