Selecting User Defined Report Layout for Customer Document Layout

Please advise how to select User Defined Report Layout for Customer. So far I did following.

1)  Added User Defined "Word" Layout for Sales Quote in the "Report Layouts" Page

2) I can add that report in the Report Layout Selection Page.

3) However in the Customer Card, it only shows the Custom Report Layouts (Legacy). How can I select the User-defined format from above "Report Layouts" Page?
