Hi All,

we are planning to upgrade our CRM 2016 solution to D365. Are there any assessment tools available to assess the impact before upgrade? Your help is more helpful :)

Hello There,

I know its late for answering now. But i hope if someone else is searching for future use. Yes there is a Micrsosoft CRM Platform assessment Tool. docs.microsoft.com/.../assessment-tool . It is quite helpful for someone migrating from CRM 2016 to D365.
