DR.Watson error - Clicking on hyperlinks that have been copied from CRM creates CRM to become unresponsive

Hi

We have an on premise installation of CRM 2013.

We have found on multiple occasions when an end user copy and pastes the hyperlinked fields from any of the email or phone entities outside of CRM, so into outlook or word, once this link is follow it takes the user to what appears to be a corrupt page in CRM which does not display the top ribbon and does not allow navigation on the form.

We then see on the front end server shows in excess of 100 Dr.Watson error per second with the temp file only showing us a GUID which points to the user who followed the link. The errors cause the server to ramp up in CPU and eventually make CRM unresponsive for all our end users.

Has anyone else experienced this issue or know of any fix to stop this happening in future if a hyperlink is copied out of CRM?

Thanks
