Export file in azure blob storage : how i can change file encoding ?

Hello, I am currently facing a development issue on Microsoft Business Central SAAS. I need to perform an export via XMLPORT and I need the file to be in ANSI (WINDOWS for Business Central).

But even if I force the TEXTENCODING on the instream and outstream, it always arrives in UTF8.

Has anyone else encountered this problem?

I think the saas version has some limitations to achieve what is required.
