Sort lines on a word invoice report

Hi

I would like to sort the lines on a word invoice layout for a business central invoice report based on the itemNo column in the lines table of the word "template" for the invoice?

I have done the sort option but does not keep it saved for when you run the report from business central for an invoice.

    Not achievable from the word layout. Would require a modification to the report or for you to use RDLC where sorting can be embedded to the layout

    Morning. 

    I had a beautiful RDLC layout that did this for me and it was deleted - or decommissioned in the new update, which happened for us yesterday.

    I now have to use word - forced

    Here is the article regarding this... 1 of the solutions in the article is: "Clone the deprecated reports to a custom range, and switch to the cloned report"

    Remove obsolete reports 204, 205, 206, and 207 | Microsoft Docs 

    I understand to copy the report and I have a copy of the report. however, I cannot figure out how to make a custom range? Either I am looking for the wrong thing, but I cannot find it.

    I need my 206 report back on my BC for my customer.

    Can anyone help pls?
