How to filter the latest data using flow field in Business Central?

Hi all,

In the image above, I created a new custom flow-field where I want to store the value of the last purchase order of a particular Item, the field is named as "Last received" and this field is stored on the Items card.

Problem: I am not getting the date of the latest Order when it was created instead I am getting the value of the first created order's date.

Can anyone please help me with this?

Would the “Posting Date” from the purchase receipt line table make more sense here?

CalcFormula is quite limited on the functionality. Try using max, instead of lookup, and see if you can get the "maximum" date.
