Btw, Marketing List only can be used to target Contact, Account, and Lead, not custom entity.

It is possible, I have done one in the past. but code needs to be in 2011/2013/2015 conventions.

what i mean is some of CRM 4.0 c# code might need to be changed. Once changed, it is possible to do marketing automation in CRM 2013.
