Hi,

I am looking for a product to automate the lodging of expenses and invoice into Business Central Cloud. The idea would be the documents could be scanned on a mobile device or lodged via a web browser and then get lodged in Business Central. Thereby avoiding manual entry and potential user error.

For it, Microsoft offers a native solution with the Dynamics 365 Expense Management mobile app, built using Microsoft Power Apps. This app is designed to streamline expense reporting and integrates directly with Business Central.

As you'll have seen from Suresh's response, one of the highest rated apps on AppSource for expense management on Business Central is Zetadocs Expenses. Based on your description, it would certainly meet your requirements.

I did a similar project where a standard expense PDF (Travelling expenses of Employee, generated via HR management software) will get processed externally via a Python GUI Program and in which i used BC's API's to push data & pdf file as incoming document. Similar approach could be used depending on your requirement's. You can use this approach if your documents are standard.
