Inquiry Inventory view with site qty

Dear All

In sa user we can view the Item details with qty, site from Inquiry -> Inventory - Item list through look-up. But other user cannot see the same window and items list, instead that can see the item number and short description.  The only difference between sa and other user is security. sa will have all default security for forms and reports but other user will have some restriction in the forms, reports and smart list.

Which security is affecting for the same information but displaying different window.

    In Version 9, go to Advanced Security and look at the windows your user has access to.  Locate the window your SA user can view and make sure your other user has access to this window.

    Hi Sukumaran.

    It seems to me that your are looking at 2 different lookups.

    The first is at the item number level which is a search engine for items and will show Item and short description.

    When an item is selected on this screen you can click the lookup for the sites and this lookup will show you the sites and quantities for the item.

    If you would like to have the user see all items with all sites and quantities the Item Quantities Smartlist should work for you.
