Hi, an item charge has been assigned to a supplier purchase order incorrectly. the products receipted in have also been invoiced, however not with the charge item. As there is no product to receipt in, it is not possible to assign the outstanding amount to anything. What is the best way forward to rectify this?

    Assign it to the receipted item? There is a function to pull in purchase receipt lines amongst other document lines.

    Thank you, this option was attempted however with no success, below error message comes up

    [Qty. to Invoice must have a value in Purchase Line: Document Type=Order, Document No.=PO-15757, Line No.=120000. It cannot be zero or empty.]

    Hi

    Did you test the fact to create a new purchase order related to same supplier, and add only your needed item charge with its qty / cost, and then assign it to the receipt line you need? I just tested one receipt that have been invoiced and it works.

    The key is to create a new purchase order here
