How to manage if thier is a diff btw Net Invoice Qty(warehouse) and Inventory

I have this case where the value btew Net Inventory and Inventory anr not the the same or better can't make Net Invi Qty into 0
 
So somehow one manage to create a diff, and for those where the diff is, I want to get those both into 0, also amount on stock value
start all over again
But it can only make this happen for the inventory
 
Have tried diff journals if they settle the values in the warehouse no luck of creating those with any values

So any life hacks
