Dynamics 365 Portals - Change the portal website

Hello guys,

How do we change the website in dynamics 365 portals?

Requirement:

I have 1 CRM instance with portals. Now it has 2 websites (i.e., Custom Portal and Customer Self Service). Currently when I open the portal URL it shows "Customer Self Service" portal pages, so how do I change this to show "Custom Portal" pages?

I tried to change the website in "Website Binding" via Portal Admin page but still its not getting update.

    Hi,

    Change the website binding from admin center and then restart the portal, it will reflect the changed website then.

    Hi,

    Did you restart your portal after changing the website from admin center? If not, try this. If you still face issue, try changing the portal state On/Off and see if that works. You might also want to clear browser cache or try it in InPrivate mode.
