I'm trying to disable select all of crm advance find view selector. is that possible in cmr?

Nope. Until unless you deactivate that view it will show.
No settings or configuration to hide it using security role or anything.
You can write a Retrieve multiple plugin to remove the views from the resultset, this is basically intercepting the platform call & overriding the OOB behavior. Its a overkill.
you can't disable all of crm advance untill you deactivate it, you have to write a multiple plugin to intercept the platform call.

Even you restrict the view selector user can see the data using Advanced Find . Only below options available for you -
1. Deactivate views which you dont need.
2. Use field level security to restrict fields .
3. You can write Retrieve multiple plugin to change the filter query while retrieving data and return exception message.
4. Remove Saved View access from the security role. (community.dynamics.com/.../291440)
