Link between Mode of Delivery - Item characteristics (e.g., hazardous item)

Hi All,

Is there a Possibility that the D365 F&O can prevent the use of certain mode of deliveries depending on the goods characteristics.
For example, dangerous goods cannot be shipped via air.

I see that we can set up hazardous materials per released item and in the hazardous material regulation, we can specify the mode of delivery per legal entity.

However, it does not seem to restrict the mode of delivery in the sales order entry if we choose that item having the regulation set up.

Could you guide me if this is possible to achieve by using a standard function?

Hi ShawnDEV,

There is no such OOB function for dangerous goods.

But you could check the document about seting up transportation constraints for an item:
