My assistant controller has been having issues with the document attachment working intermittently. She is set up as a power user and has been attaching documents in the past with no problem. We are on GP 2013 multi company. We have been on the program since January 2015. I have the same set up as her and I am not having any issues attaching documents. It has been getting worse for her lately. In the past she just closed down and restarted and it worked. Now, she can only attach documents to AP invoices. She can't attach to JEs or bank transactions. The paper clip does not show up in those modules to allow her to attach. Any ideas on how to fix?
