We use GP 2010.  I have a user that would like to know if billing notes in project timesheets have to be opened or is there a setting that allows them to be viewed such as hover text.  His group uses billing notes frequently and would like to more efficiently see the note without opening them when approving timesheets.

    He has to enter it if it is standard GP.
