Hi,

I upgraded GP 2013 to GP 2015. Management report was working fine in old. I want to install management server in new GP server for GP2015. and migrate all the reports layouts and structure to GP server. Kindly help me to install management report server in new GP Server. I want to know how to migrate reports and reports layouts to new GP server.

Are you looking to migrate previously generated reports as well?

To copy definitions (Report, Row, Column, Tree along with dimensions) - you would export the building block group from MR designer to a tdbx file from your old server first.

Next after you install MR on the new server open up Building Block Group (found under the company menu item) from within MR Designer and import all the definitions to the new server.

The above exercise will move your definitions as in Report building blocks from old server to new server.

If you are using Legacy provider with GP you are all set at this stage.

If you are using datamart provider, you will have to reset your datamart.
