Hey guys, Can anyone tell me that can we use any software to get the heat map of customer's behavior on any document I send to them by email ?

heat maps can be used within CRM context if you create a web-resource control (HTML) and then forward data to create the heat-maps. A short sample can be found here blogs.msdn.com/.../creating-heat-maps-with-bing-maps-and-dynamics-crm.aspx
Usefull might be a look into the API stuff www.bingmapsportal.com/.../ajaxv7
To send out an email you might have to generate a pdf and attach it to an email
Are you trying to measure which parts of a document the recipient reads? or clicks on?
Sounds like you would need lots of unique links in every document to track who clicked on what and when.
What are you really trying to achieve here?
Yes,
You can track an email’s success using the heat map. Many analytics tools provide this feature. For documents, you can check out pdf document heat maps. This tool would color the sections on the most popular, giving you an overview of what image or sentence grabbed the most attention.
However, if you are using a dynamics 365 field mapping heat map for documents inside the email, you’ll have to check out with the solution provider.
You can use the location intelligence tool Maplytics to view heat maps based on the data in Dynamics 365 and analyse the heat of the records on the map and even visualize the Pie charts and column charts to analyse the comparative data. Please refer to the help files to know more.
Thanks!
