Hi everyone, i have a wee dilema at a clients. They have an internal sales process workflow, which has had 3 or 4 versions fairly recently.
Couple of issues.
Some opportunities are running old versions of the workflow, how do i cancel them? Just opening the opportunity and cancelling doesn't work, i get a lovely 'The selected system job could not be canceled' error and the workflow is still there, running and waiting.....
Also, bizaarly, looking in workflows i can see 1 internal sales process workflow, which is published, however when i do an advanced find against workflows it shows 2 which are published as well as finding the old versions which are running inside opportunites.
I don't understand what is going on.
How do i cancel the old workflow versions which are running? if i can't cancel them can i update them to be running as the new version? Can i remove all the old versions of the workflow, system wide?
