Hi All,
I am encountering a problem with the word template I downloaded from Dynamics 365.
In the template configuration, I selected the Opportunity as primary entity, 1 custom entity (Opportunity Items) with 1:N relationship and 2 standard entities (Account & Owner) with N:1 relationship.
However, when I tried to edit the template, there are 2 entities missing in XML mapping pane and only the Account entity exisitis.
Also, I tried to download the template from "Word Template" in "Advanced Settings".
The 2 missing entities are not in the list of select entity.
May I know how to solve this problem?
