Dear Community,
I was trying to send a Statement of Accounts from the Customer Page, but encounter this error.
Appreciate if you can advise what should I do to remedy this
I go to Customer > Statement.
Using this parameters below.
I receive this error.

Check the custom report layout selection on the customer and see if you have email.
