I have read multiple treads into different forums, and I would like to get a conclusive answer :P
My customer is using Dynamic CRM 2011 (with RU18) on-premises and 1/3 of the company has now upgraded to new computers with Windows 10 and Office 2016.
And here lies the problem - they cannot use the "Dynamic CRM for Outlook" in Outlook 2016.
It list's all accounts and contacts , but it's impossible to open anything.
Some threads said that I would need to upgrade it to RU18 , so I did without any improvment.
Others said that CRM2011 does not support Outlook 2016 at all.
Can anyone please help me to define the truth? :P
