Central management of User Profile Pictures

Hi! 

We would like to manage the profile pictures of our CRM Online users, using AD. Does anybody know if this is possible? If AD does not support this kind of central management, is there another possibility? 

Ps. just stating the obvious here, I'm not talking about contacts :)

    Writing custom code isn't my strong suit, but thank you :) I was especially wondering if existing tools are available.

    Majesteir,

    You cant do oob, especially CRM Online cant sync with your AD.

    You need to build own connector or you can use SSIS to sync..Example here:
