How to Add a Quick List for a Custom Activity Pane in the Role Center

Hi everyone, I'm trying to add a custom activity pane in the role center. I can add the custom activity pane, but I can't link a quick list to the activity.

I added the activity pane using SQL because I didn't find other way. The activity pane shows the correct number of items according to the SQL script that I'm using, but I can't find the way to send the Quick List for those items.

somebody knows what I'm missing?

Hi Ajit, I read your blog many times before posting my issue. My problem is that I don't have any csv file and I didn't know that's what I needed, I just did inserts to the tables. With your explenation I figure out what I need.

I'm going to create the csv files and try that way.

    Thank you

Could you resolve this? I'm exactly on the same step, I've added the activity pane but i couldn't add the Quick List.

I realized we need a Stored procedure to show the # items as an indicator (I added an RCCue_XXXXX sp and put it on the SQL field of the RCCue table). I've also setup a QL_XXXXX as the third parameter on the links field with no results.

This is the content of the link field for the CUSTDUE60 record in the RCCue table: [LT;3;QL_CUSTDUE60].

I thought QL_CUSTDUE60 means a Stored Procedure responsible to show the quick list but I was wrong...

    Hello,

Yes, QL_CUSTDUE60 is a SP.Also, you need to create a PVREC for this SP to view the quick list .

    Hello.

making the "sp_helptext" function with parameter "QL_CUSTDUE60" is doesn't appear like store procedure.

    Greetings.
