Hi Everyone

Is there a way to install Business Central 18 IN and German CU on the same server and use both?

Because when I try to install as usual system either ask for repair or Uninstall which is how it has been.

How are you generally handling multiple countries deployments, are you using a separate server for each Country CU or managing on one.

If this is possible to manage in a single server, kindly guide.

I have generally installed w1 and managed multiple Countries, the first time facing this expected approach.
