Is there any RMS implementation Process Plan documentation i can use it to implement RMS Store operation and HQ.

    We did a planogram for this because we have a lot of branches to upgrade.  So we decided to have a WBS (Work Basic Structure)

    Hope it can help you.

    UPGRADE RMS 1.3 to 2.0
    1.       Prepare serial for deployment.
    2.       Copy Files to server then share it.
    3.       Check POS if thers an offline database and must be sync before upgrading.
    4.       Stop Trasaaction on POS so you could edit thier IP and server's IP so you can share internet and database
    5.       Dont forget to remove dongleon lane 1.
    6.       Copy RMS 2.0 files on server.7.       Copy RMS 2.0 from server to POS.
    8.       Change your keyboard so it can have a full buttons.
    9.     Install RMS SO.
    12.   Install RMS Hot fixes.
    14.   Restart
    15.   Setup main server share internet
    16.   Create sample database
    17.   Setup administrator
    18.   Register pos via internet
    19.  Back the original IP of server and remove internet sharing.   And delete ang sample database
    20.  Create ng offline database
    21.   Use Official Receipt whil in a upgrade stage
    22.  Back up server database
    23.   Isetup na din ang Server
    24.   Update and register HQ Client
    25.   Observe
