window.opener.Xrm.Utility.openEntityForm() is not working in Customer Service Hub

Hi all,

I am facing a weird issue in which "window.opener.Xrm.Utility.openEntityForm()" is working properly in Dynamics-Custom Application but the same syntax is not working in Customer Service Hub Application.

Are there any issues with that Hub Application?

Please suggest!

    Hello Shakti,
    window.opener is an unsupported way to access Xrm object but still, people were using this approach.
     
    Use ClientGlobalContext to add Xrm Object on the custom HTML form
