Offline Synchronisation filters(Outlook)

Hi,i have 10 users and each one has a different offline synchronisation filter,is there a possible way to apply 1 offline synchronisation filter to all user using "Sync Filter Manager"?

Hi Youssef,

In case you want to apply an offline filter to ALL of your users, you can create an offline system filter in 'Sync filter manager'.

Tab 'System views' -> Select a view -> Create 'System sync filter'

Hi ,

I am trying the same.

Filter is showing up under "System Sync Filters" after creation,but CRM entity data not showing up for users when they offline.

Can you recommend any suggestion on this.
