I believe this app is very efficient for tracking email activities within an environment familiar to outlook. Is it that Email Id's could have an either server like Gmail, outlook, yahoo, etc. I have one requirement where client has all his employees accounts made at business for Gmail. So it would be possible for him to use this Add-in, he doesn't requires Email Id's with outlook servers? Email id's with Gmail servers would suffice? Please correct me if I am wrong somewhere, actually I am a bit confused with this product.
But how will appointments, etc will get synchronized in this Gmail case?
Any suggestions would be highly appreciated.
