Hello All,

Looking for some feedback from the community. We recently migrated from on premise MS Dynamics CRM 2011 to MS Dynamics CRM online. During the migration any Audit History data associated with the accounts did not migrate.

Question:

Is it generally the case that Audit history data does not migrate during upgrade from on premise to online CRM or we probably missed something? Is there a way to migrate the Audit history?

Hi,

i tried with Configuration Migration tool, the audit is not included. In SDK, there is no method or message for migrate audit, so i think this is impossible. But you can try to raise a ticket to Microsoft if the audit is really important for you.
