Missing permissions – Ensure the user has access to fixed asset tables and report generation.
Excel add-in issues – The Excel integration might be broken. Try re-authorizing Office 365.
Corrupt layout – The Excel layout file or the dataset might be malformed.
Data issue – Incomplete or invalid asset data might be causing the export to fail.
