ReportReport

Hi All,

I need to run report  in MS CRM 2015 (On-Premise) with CRM admin credential and assign this report to a user who have very less previlage security role in the CRM system so that the user can see those records also in report which the user don't owned or shared with him.

Please let me know how can I run a report with Admin credentials so that it can fetch all records in CRM reports and even normal user will able to see all records in CRM report when he run the report.

You have to give read privilege to the assigned user for the specified report data.

If I give read previlage then user will able to see others record also in views, which we don't want.

In that case; you can think about deploying SSRS report to asp.net site and place some button in CRM main form / entity form to display report.

If you are working with CRM On-Premise

    • Create Report using SSRS.
    • and in SSRS report -> got to Security and Provide Connection string and select "Run report always with Specified Credentials" (Sentence might differ) check box.
    • Enter User name and Password of admin.

Using this any one can access and see data from report.

    Hope this answers...
