My Admin is not a resource, and refuses to give me any rights to customize, so I am trying to find an alternate way to review the various fields/controls available in the Case Form. Over the years, many stock fields were hidden or have been customized to death, and we need to get back to some basics. Being new to Dynamics CRM, I am not familiar with what vanilla looks like or what it offers in versions since they originally deployed. Is there an Admin guide or video that will have an overview of the out of the box form controls? Basic configuration guide for new deployments that talks about Service Cases? Google searches have been interesting, but so far I end up at kitten videos or discussions on very specific Sales fields.
