HI

I have a customer  that stopped using GP10 3 years ago.

they need to run a report on a company when they try to start Dynamics it dies.

I believe If I can uninstall and reinstall it will work  how can I download version 10 sp5

    Please contact your partner to get the installation package for GP 10.

    You can also download the software from msdn subscriptions if you have access to it.

    If you only want to extract data from GP, you can create a SSRS report or simply write SQL query or SQL view using GP tables.

    The best method to get your hands on the software, if you don't have customersource access would be to have a partner download the software from partnersource.
