I am trying to hide all the rows of data in a BC cloud report
or remove the report from popping up in BC cloud search or tell me text fielld.
Newbie. KIndly help.

Hi, If you just want to restrict user access to certain reports, you can use Permission Sets to manage them.

Thanks for the reply. Is there any way we can exclude a report in permission sets. The include/exclude field is not editable
Make sure there is no report object with report object id 0 in your permission set because that means access to all reports.
Then you can just add the reports that you want the permission set to cover.
