I am creating a workflow on lead to send Email to Lead.Email when lead field is changed but when clicking on To Field only customer entity is listed below the looking for drown list. can anyone tell me what i am missing. these are steps:

You can check out Tenfold, it's a great phone to CRM integration and has all of the features you need and more (click to dial, call pop up, creating new lead and follow up task from pop up, handling multiple matches, etc.).
