Hi, I want to remove the requirement for "correct" post code formats from Dynamics (see image) which prevents me from saving overseas post codes.

I've looked in Settings>Customizations but can't find where to do this.

Any help would be greatly aprreciated

    Hi Richard,

    As Mehdi suggests, it will be helpful to have a screenshot of how this field is defined.

    This behavior might have been customized by to prevent saving unexpected postcode formats, you might find javascript function registered on the Form that checks the format you have input against a specific regular expression.

    If that's the case, then you can check with the author of the script to help in removing this check.
