Can you add attachments to appointments in CRM 2013?

Hi everyone,

Do you know if it is possible to add attachments to appointments created in CRM 2013? From playing around my end I can only do it if I attach via notes. Does anyone know when this feature was introduced in later versions?

    Hi,

    I am using V9.1 , this feature is currently available.But I am not sure from which version onwards.

    In CRM 2013 the notes button was actually removed from the action menu. You can enable using CRM workbench.

    Thanks, but does this attach the attachment to the appointment to be sent it outlook or just to the record in CRM?

    Hi Matt,

    Yes, attachment does goes to outlook.

    So the process for the user would be to create the appointment in CRM, save the record, then attach the file as a note and that will then sync to outlook and then they should send the appointment?
