How to add URL in Anchor tag in Template of Unified Interface MS Dynamics 365 v9.1?

Hi,

I have an email template which has Anchor tag on Contact entity. This template is working find traditional layout. Anchor tag's "href" property has correct URL.

But in Unified Interface, template is not working correctly with Anchor tag. Value of "href" tag is automatically change to "#".

Can anybody please guide me?

Hi partner,

I've tried in my UCI and the link worked well.

You could go to "Html" tab and write link with html code.

Hi Leo,

The URL is dynamically added in template. I just add a screenshot of Email Template. There is a field "URL" in "Contact" entity binds in "href" attribute of an Anchor Tag. If I add "URL" in "href"(contact.new_url = "https://www.google.com"), it show me "#" in "href" attribute while opening an email in Activity. If I add full HTML Anchor tag in "URL"(contact.new_url = "<a href="https://www.google.com">here</a>") field, it works correctly. However, it is working fine if I add static URL in template it self same as you have added.

This issue is only there with Unified Interface. It is still working correctly in traditional interface.

Please guide me.
