Permissions disappear after install extension from Market Place

I have an extension published in the Marketplace, but since version X, when it is installed, it does not install the set of permissions; in fact, it removes those that were already present in previous versions.

I have published the extension several times by compiling and generating the permissions, but it remains the same. I have five other extensions published, and they work correctly. What could be the issue?

Moreover, if the permissions did not exist in the app, it would not pass the Marketplace validation.

This is strange. Is the permission file you generated in XML format or AL Object? I think if it is PermissionSet Object, there should be no problem.
