Write Off Documents not working

Sales>>Routines>>Write Documents.  No matter what parameters I enter, no results are returned in the preview.  There are tons of invoices in the system.  I've reconciled customers and outstanding balances to no avail.  Has anyone experienced this before?

    I had this result (or lack of) when I initially tested Write offs and found I needed to set the parameters on the options window of the customer card.  By default a customer is set to no write off and you need to set that to either unlimited or to an amount to get the process to pick up the documents.

    Sounds like that might be your issue as this process works fine for us once I did a mass update of RM00101 values.
