How to handle Country/Region conflict within integration table

Hi

We are using Business Central integration with Dynamics 365 Sales where it sync accounts from CRM to Customers in BC.

I got the error below which i know the reason but not sure how to fix.

The field Country/Region Code of table Customer contains a value (CANADA) that cannot be found in the related table (Country/Region).

Account address in CRM has the value 'Canada' in the country field while BC has country code as 'CA'

I have added another country code in BC with the value 'CANADA' but still not working.

Appreciate any help.

I have the same question (0)

    Hi,

Try to to change country codes in D365 Sales / CRM data to match the ones in BC.
