Hi, one of my user wants to bulk edit some records. We used to do this using the edit function in advanced find but can't find a way to do this now.

Is there a way of me doing this without creating a flow for the user to use?

Thanks

    Hi

Advance find is not required for bulk edit, you can still do from list view

Hi, Sorry should've been clearer in my original post. I need to bulk edit cases. The edit button disappears on a cases view if more than one case is selected.

    Thanks

    Hi,

    What role you have assigned?

Can you please check with system admin role if button appears?

If yes then you need to provide bulk edit permission in user security role who does not see this ribbon button

    Hi

Thanks for getting back to me so quickly.

I am a System Admin in this instance of Dynamics and it doesnt show for me either.

The only bulk edit option in security roles is for business management which is switched on. The minute you select more than one case the edit button disappears.

Thanks for the information. Ill have a look at the command checker to see if i can figure out why it is hiding it.
