    Hi Aryan,

The error you're seeing usually comes when the integration table mapping between Sales Order (CRM) and Order (BC) isn't properly set or active — even if you’ve enabled the legacy “Create in BC” button.

    Here’s what to check:

    1. Go to Integration Table Mappings in BC.

    2. Look for the mapping SALESORDER - ORDER.

    3. Ensure that:

The Direction is set correctly (From CRM to BC).

The mapping is enabled and active.

FromIntegrationTable and ToIntegrationTable are not empty.

Even when using the legacy order button, the integration table mappings must still be correctly configured, otherwise it won't find the target in BC to sync to — hence the error.

If everything else is synced (like customers & items), then this is likely just a mapping/config gap for the order itself.

    You can also try:

    Re-validating the “Connection Setup”.

Re-running the “Match-Based Coupling” for sales orders.

Does this problem happen if you reset all integration tables?
It looks like the value in the intermediate table cannot be found.

    Thanks.

    Dear Aryan
    Greetings!

If all integration-related setups are in place and you're still encountering the error, this could be one of the possible causes:

The error may occur when Global Dimension 1 or Global Dimension 2 fields are included during order creation. To avoid this, please insert the Sales Header first and map the dimensions afterward.

If you feel that your query has been addressed, kindly mark it as valid.

    Regards
    Pallavi Phade
